Amylase ECO AML-260GA is an enzyme that catalyzes the release of glucose from dextrin and oligosaccharide chains in starchy materials such as rice, corn, wheat, barley, etc.
Main Applications:
Used in the production of ethanol (alcohol) and beer: enhances the efficiency of the saccharification process, making fermentation more effective.
Dosage: 1.2g per 1kg of rice.
Packaging: 1kg per bottle.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.
Amylase ECO AML-260 is a high-activity α-amylase enzyme derived from fungi, produced from Aspergillus niger, a safe microorganism (GRAS) commonly used in the food industry. The product catalyzes the hydrolysis of α-1,4-glucosidic bonds in starch to produce dextrin, maltose, and oligosaccharides.
Main applications:
Food industry
Baking: Increases leavening, softness, and prevents cake dryness.
Brewing & fermentation: Enhances saccharification efficiency.
Syrup production: Supports liquefaction process.
Initial liquefaction for glucose/fructose production.
Textile industry
Effective starch removal.
Stain removal of starch.
Paper industry
Reduces starch viscosity in coating.
Increases starch digestibility.
Biofuel production
Supports starch hydrolysis prior to fermentation.
Advantages
High activity: 260,000 U/ml
Works well at low pH and moderate temperatures
Derived from safe Aspergillus niger
