ECO Yeast Extract FN502 is composed of the intracellular elements of yeast cells, including the cytoplasm, cell nucleus, and organelles. It is abundant in amino acids, vitamin B, Glutathione, and more. ECO Yeast Extract FN502 is utilized to impart natural flavors in food products and for the cultivation of bacteria in pharmaceuticals, as well as for growing microorganisms.
- Being a natural food component, it has no usage ratio limit in foods and can be consumed directly. A usage ratio of 0.1% - 1% of ECO Yeast Extract FN502 is sufficient to enhance the taste of a product, while a higher ratio can further improve its deliciousness.
- The yeast extract can also help reduce salt usage by up to 30% without compromising taste, thereby mitigating the risk of high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases associated with high sodium intake.
