ECO Inactive Yeast is a deactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, high in protein, β-glucan, and B vitamins. It's utilized in vegetarian and health foods, and as an emulsifier in products like milk, sausages, ham, and fish cakes. As a natural product, it substitutes synthetic emulsifiers, aids in fermentation, enhances the quality of fermented goods, and absorbs fatty acids and harmful impurities, ensuring effective fermentation.
The product is a light yellow, fine powder.
