RV002 Yeast is selected from high-quality natural yeast strains, helping to ferment quickly, stably, and effectively. It is compatible with tannins and pigments (found in grape skins) during fermentation, producing many polysaccharides (starch) with a good structure, enhancing the special flavor of red wine. Suitable for fruits such as grapes, apples, etc. Additionally, RV002 yeast increases the aroma of the wine. It produces little sediment after fermentation, stabilizes pigments, amino acids, and retains all properties of lactic acid during the Lalolactic fermentation (MLF) process.
Applications:
Yeast Activation: Prepare RV002 yeast by mixing sugar and water in a ratio of 1:2:10. Dissolve the sugar in warm water, adjust the water temperature to 32-37°C, add the yeast, stir gently and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then mix the yeast solution with the fruit juice evenly, cover the fermentation container and incubate for 15-30 days for fermentation.
After the main fermentation process, proceed with filtering, aging, and bottling.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. Opened packaging should be kept in the refrigerator.
Shelf Life: 42 months from the date of manufacture.
