ECO XPJ-747 Defoamer is a food-grade defoaming agent. It acts as an emulsifier in the production and processing of various foods, such as tofu, fish sauce, chili sauce, the sugar cane industry, and soft drinks. Its role is to disperse and prevent foam formation during production, filling, and bottling processes, thereby minimizing measurement errors and difficulties.
Properties:
- Appearance: Thick, milky white liquid
- Stability (3000 rpm/30p): Remains stable without separation
- Non-volatile matter content: ≥ 20%
- pH range: 6.0-8.0
Ingredients include Polydimethylsiloxane, Sorbitan Monostearate, Sorbitan Monooleate Ethoxylate, and Distilled Glycerin Monostearate.
Recommended dosage is between 0.1-0.5%.
Packaging options are 1kg per bottle or 25kg per can.
Applications:
