ECO Leaven yeast is a carefully chosen yeast strain designed for fermenting alcohol from starchy substances like rice and glutinous rice. It can especially be used for direct fermentation on RAW RICE.
This yeast helps to reduce fermentation time and production costs while ensuring high and consistent yields.
DOSAGE:
For fermenting rice wine/glutinous rice:
- Use 5g per 1kg of rice (pre-cooked before fermentation).
- Use 10g per 1kg of raw rice.
For fermenting rice wine: Use 1g per kg of glutinous rice.
APPLICATION:
- For fermenting on raw rice:
- Combine 1kg of rice with 10g of ECO Leaven yeast, then add 1.5L of water.
- Seal and incubate for 5-7 days (weather-dependent) before distillation.
- Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, keep the packaging in the refrigerator.
- Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
